The journey started when our customers asked us to help control costs and convert large historical data into actionable knowledge. Using continuous remote monitoring, visualizations, and analytics techniques from cutting edge technologies from GE, FacilityConneX was born. A secure industrial cloud solution, we connected the data sources from several customers proving that the use of mobility, detection, and advanced analytics provides early warning equipment faults, process improvements, and energy cost savings.
Where We Began
FacilityConneX started with the expertise and vision of AutomaTech. AutomaTech has been serving Industrial Automation customers since 1995 providing industrial software and hardware solutions to the infrastructure, manufacturing, and OEM/Solution Provider. Thanks to AutomaTech, there are installations of hundreds of GE Historians and SCADA systems across thousands of devices and protocols.

Tom is the CEO and Founder of FaciltyConnex and the President of AutomaTech. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Tom has a BSEE in Electrical and Computer Controls from Clarkson University.

Vice president / gm
Mark leads the FacilityConneX team. Previously, Mark was the General Manager for GE's Intelligent Platform division, COO for SQMWorks, Founder and VP of Engineering for West Ridge Networks, and VP of Engineering for Celox.
JAKE PRITCHARD
Vice president / TECHNOLOGY
Jake leads the Development Team at FacilityConneX. Previously, he was a Senior Project Manager at Automatech and Senior Controls Engineer at Pfizer.
