From thermal process validation and environmental monitoring to sensor calibration, Kaye has built a reputation for precision and reliability in life sciences and other mission-critical industries. For decades, Kaye has delivered on-premises environmental monitoring systems, but with customer needs shifting and competitors moving toward cloud-based models, Kaye set out to reimagine its solution for the future.

Powered by FacilityConneX and built on AWS, LabWatch IoT launched as a white-labeled, cloud-based environmental monitoring solution in under six months—delivering a highly reliable edge-to-cloud architecture, mobile-enabled monitoring, and FDA-compliant (GxP) reporting with integrated electronic signatures. Existing customers were able to migrate seamlessly, preserving their validated workflows while gaining the benefits of a modern, scalable platform.
LabWatch IoT is now installed in more than 50 validated plants worldwide—establishing Kaye Instruments as a cloud-forward leader in life sciences environmental monitoring, with a reduced hardware and software footprint and a platform built to scale alongside its global customer base.
