Developed with a steel frame and sleek glazed cladding, the building represents a new era of modern architecture and sustainability. To ensure the property performs at the highest environmental and energy efficiency standards, FacilityConneX was selected to deliver monitoring-based commissioning (MBCx), supporting its role as one of London’s premier smart buildings.
